Identifying training needs
Routsis Training offer a free online diagnostic called GapQuiz. The questions are drawn at random from their Professional Certification exams, and the result identifies where a person's knowledge is solid and where gaps exist, covering scientific processing techniques, material properties, safety and troubleshooting. It runs on any modern computer, tablet or smartphone, so it can be completed on the shop floor.
