Our plastic injection moulding services
Design consultation
Our design consultation service ensures that your plastic product designs are optimised for manufacturability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We review your CAD models, identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and reduce production costs.
Prototyping
Prototyping is a crucial step in product development. We offer rapid prototyping services to help you test and refine your designs before full-scale production. Our precision plastic prototype parts ensure that your products are functional, reliable and ready for market.
Low and high volume production
Whether you need a few hundred units or large-scale production, we accommodate it. The same tooling and documented process run at either end, so quality and consistency do not change with order size.
Assembly and quality control
Our services include assembly and quality control measures to ensure that every product meets the standards of performance and durability agreed at approval.
In the moulding shop
- Robot take-out and place, for consistency and for parts that should not be handled
- Secondary operations and assembly in-house: threaded inserts, over-moulding and build
- Recycled and sustainable material grades where the part and the specification allow
- ISO 9001:2015, certificate 19/1185
Materials
A range spanning commodity to engineering polymers, PP through to PEEK, including glass and mineral-filled grades, reinforcing fillers and structured dielectrics for RF metamaterials. If you are not sure whether a polymer is workable, send the part and we will tell you.
Sustainable materials
Where a part can carry recycled content, the grade and proportion are agreed with the customer up front and maintained batch by batch. Where the specification calls for virgin material only, that is what it gets and the documentation says so.
Raising the recycled content of an existing part usually needs a look at the process window as well as at the material, and that is work we can do alongside the moulding.
Documentation
The process is developed by scientific method and documented, which matters most on the orders that come back. A repeat order two years later runs to the recorded process, so quality and output stay the same as the original approved batch.
