Seven services. You can use any one of them on its own.
Send us a sketch, a sample or just the requirement and we will do the CAD. Send us a finished model and we will review it for manufacture before any steel is cut.
Simulate ITWe offer Moldflow as a consultation service on your design, or as a way of troubleshooting a tool that is already running. Normally used for new parts, but often used to find the cause of an existing problem.
Prototype ITInsert sets or complete moulds in steel or aluminium. The choice depends on how complex the part is and how many you need now and in the future. In special cases T1 samples can be ready in around 2 weeks. Once T1 samples are approved the same tooling can go on to produce up to 50,000 shots, so production parts stay consistent with the ones you signed off.
Print ITFDM 3D printing in-house, as a step on the way to a new tool or as parts in their own right.
Optimise ITBasic defects like splay, sink, short shots, flash and weld lines are ones any competent moulder should be able to resolve in-house. This service is for when you have tried everything and the problem has not moved: a second set of eyes, backed by decades of process and simulation experience, brought in to determine the root cause of your problem.
Mould ITTen parts is a genuine minimum, and there is no upper limit at the other end. Low volume and high volume run on the same tooling and to the same documented process, so a field trial batch and a production batch are the same.
Train for ITTraining run on your own shop floor, using your machines, your mould tools and your materials. Because the training happens on your equipment, the learning is 100% relevant to the participants. It is not a classroom example, it is the work in front of them.
We will tell you whether it is a job for us, and if it is not, we will usually tell you who it is for.
